Before you pre-order
The questions buyers ask most, answered the same way we would answer them by email.
How much does Microduck cost?+
The robot is $399 before taxes and shipping. The Charger and Accessory packs are $39 each and the Dev pack is $119, also before taxes and shipping.
Do I have to buy a pack as well?+
No. The robot ships with a battery, a USB-C cable and a game controller, plus seven trained moves. The packs are extras: play gear for the Accessory pack, spares and tooling for the Dev pack.
How do I pay for a pre-order?+
Checkout is handled by Stripe as a one-time payment, with no subscription and nothing recurring. You sign in with Google first, so the order sits in your account and stays visible on your payments page at microduck.homes.
Are taxes and shipping included in the $399?+
They are not included. $399 is the price before taxes and shipping. Both are calculated at checkout and shown on the Stripe page before the payment is taken.
Which colourway should I choose?+
Microduck ships in Cream, Graphite, Lavender and Sky. It is the same robot in all four. If you need a specific colourway, email support@microduck.homes after ordering and we will match your order if we can.
Can I add a pack later?+
Yes. The robot and every pack are separate line items, so you can pre-order the robot now and add play gear or spare parts in a later order.
Can I change or cancel a pre-order?+
Email support@microduck.homes with the order number from your payments page and we will help you sort it out.
