MicroDuck (microduck.homes) sells pre-orders for the MicroDuck robot and optional charger, dev and accessory packs. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Account information - your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google.
2. Order information - the products you pre-order, order totals and order status, used to process and support your order.
3. Usage information - pages visited and interactions with the site, used to operate and improve it.
4. Payment information - orders are paid through Stripe, our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

• To keep you signed in and manage your account
• To provide customer support
• To keep the site secure and improve it

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, Google sign-in, Stripe payments), under appropriate safeguards.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
